Please note that the availability of grants and fundraising opportunities may vary due to factors such as incoming donations, the number of requests, and other circumstances. Not all requests will be fulfilled, and the amount awarded is variable.

*WoofPACK Foundation REQUIRES your dog to be adopted from a verified no-kill rescue/shelter to be eligible.  If you're not sure your shelter is "WoofPACK No-Kill Verified", WoofPACK will check for you upon submission of this form!
