If you would like to make a change to your schedule, please fill out the following form.
READ THE INFORMATION BELOW before filling out the form:
1.Counselors will change courses BASED ON AVAILABILITY. There is not a guarantee you will get the class you want or be allowed a schedule change.
2. YOUR OTHER CLASSES MIGHT MOVE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEW CLASS
3. Please list your requested course and an alternate. You can find a list of courses by grade level

NOT allowed.
5. Period swaps are NOT allowed.
6. Schedule changes are FINAL.
7. 11TH AND 12TH GRADERS ONLY If you are requesting a not enrolled period, you must be on track for graduation, have a job or be enrolled in a college course. You will be required to have have a Parent Authorization for Reduced Day on file.
8. 11TH AND 12TH GRADERS ONLY If you are requesting a TA period, you must have a Class/Office/Library Assistant Request Authorization form on file.
9. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONE CHANGE REQUEST.
