1. The University of Warsaw having its seat in Warsaw, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw, Poland is controller of your personal data collected for the purpose of call for papers procedure related to 15th Annual ECLS Conference in Poland.
2. In any case an interested person can contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the University of Warsaw at the address indicated under point 1 above, adding: Inspektor Ochrony Danych UW or by e-mail at the following address respectively:

3. Personal data will be processed only for the purpose of performing the tasks and obligations resulting from the 15th Annual ECLS Conference call for papers procedure, among others selection of Speakers of the Conference and preparation of the Conference agenda.
4. Personal data will be processed under the Article 6.1 a) of the GDPR Regulation i.e. based on the consent given by you to process personal data.
5. The Participant has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn. The consent may be withdrawn among others, by sending an e-mail to:

6. Personal data shall be kept during the time necessary to achieve the purposes defined under point 3 above.
7. Access to your personal data will be provided only to authorized employees of the University of Warsaw, who must process your data in connection with the preparation of the Conference.
8. Personal data can be made available to Members of the Organizing Committee who participate in the relevant selection of papers for the Conference.
9. The Participant has the right to:
1) access the content of his/her data,
2) rectify them when inaccurate,
3) have them removed; limit their processing and to transfer the data in the cases provided for by the law,
4) object to data processing,
5) lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in Poland i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office having its seat in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa
