EIC Youth Committee Volunteer form 
This is for middle school and high school students who are interested in being a part of the EIC youth committee and want to play a bigger part at the Masjid
Ex: event set up/clean up, helping during or baking for bake sale, food distribution, etc. 

If you fill this form out we will add you to an email list and a WhatsApp group that will notify you on various volunteer opportunities at the EIC.

you must be in middle school or high school in order to join (7th grade - 12th grade)
