The full amount of course costs must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment must be made at least 7 days before the course date, or at the time of booking whichever is least.
Payment of the balance on the day by prior agreement only, payment plans are available on individual merit.
Courses fees and deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel a course. If you're no longer able to make your course date then we try our best to move you to a later course date in that same season. However, this will depend on availability.

No variation of these terms & conditions shall be applicable unless agreed in writing by Four Elements Adventure
prior to booking.
Bookings are only made upon the receipt of payment, booking forms and following our confirmation.
Courses are booked upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit / full payment / purchase order request.
Upon the clearance of payment your booking will be made, this will be confirmed via email.
A 100% payment is required to book a course, unless otherwise agreed
Cash on delivery or BACS (Bank) transfer are deemed as acceptable means of payment.
Paypal can also be accepted can incur additional fees.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
All cancellations must be made via email or letter.
Courses fees and deposits are non-refundable unless we have to change or cancel a course. If you're no longer able to make your course date then we try our best to move you to a later course date in that same season. However this will depend on availability.
We will always offer you an alternative course date where possible.
Please contact Four Elements Adventure to discuss postponement arrangements; as a default these have to be treated as cancellations but we will endeavor to accommodate where possible.
CANCELLATION BY FOUR ELEMENTS ADVENTURE
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that advertised courses actually run, Four Elements Adventure will notify the client of cancellation at the earliest possible opportunity where we believe on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to unsuitable conditions for the course activity or low course uptake.
Where poor conditions are prevalent an alternative activity or date will be offered.
Four Elements Adventure reserve the right to cancel courses within one week of the course date if bookings are below the minimum requirement.
In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options:
1 Full refund of the course fee paid.
2. Another course on different dates.
Four Elements adventure reserve the right to remove a client from a course due to incapacity or inability to fulfill the demands or the course on grounds of safety. In such circumstances the client will not be entitled to a refund. Four Elements Adventure will not be liable for any losses resulting from this decision.
LIABILITY & RISK
All courses delivered by Four Elements Adventure & our associates Newquay Activity Centre, take place in environments that are not without inherent risk.
We make every effort to minimise risks to our clients. All risk cannot be removed entirely; therefore any clients booking with us accept these risks as part of their chosen course.
We recommend all clients obtain their own insurance to cover any accident or injury that may occur.
LOSS & DAMAGE
Any losses or damage to equipment supplied by Four Elements Adventure or Newquay Activity Centre caused by the actions of an individual or group member, will be invoiced to the person or organisation booking activities on that individual or groups members behalf.
It is recommended that individuals or groups using their own equipment ensure that this is adequately insured and appropriate prior to the commencement of the course. We will accept no responsibility for injury or death occurring from use of client's own equipment.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property whilst attending our courses.Personal insurance is again recommended to cover such circumstances.
