2020 - 2021 TPC Registration Form
Thank you for choosing TPC!!! Please complete one form per student. The $25 registration fee AND first month tuition are due PRIOR to the start of your student's first class. The monthly tuition is then due the 1st of each month thereafter. The following electronic forms of payment are accepted:

* Cash App ($TrinityPrepCenter)
* PayPal (use trinityprepcenter@gmail.com)
* Credit card over the phone (with a 4% processing fee)

After completing the registration form, please send the electronic payment to complete your registration or call 269-430-3171 (include area code when dialing) to arrange payment. Once payment is received, your student is expected to attend the next scheduled class time for their registered class(es).

NOTE: Classes begin the week of September 13th. Fees cannot be prorated and are non-refundable.

Please note that ALL age ranges are approximate and the instructor has the discretion to place students in classes based on skill level and commitment. See below for MONTHLY tuition pricing PER STUDENT. Tuition is due September 1 - June 1. Combos can consist of ANY COMBINATION of these dance genres: Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, or Jazz. Remember that your FIRST payment should consist of the $25 registration fee AND your first month's tuition as applicable below.

NOTE: Tumbling can be added to a single class or to any combo for $25/student per month. Student must be at least 6 years old to participate.
