My Personal Goals
SMART Goals-- Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Relevant. Timely.

The first step of achieving a long-term goal is determining what exactly it is that you aspire to achieve. Next, you will need a plan of action regarding how you will go about achieving your specific goal.  The MVLA College Program Coordinators and Coaches are here to support your through your goal-setting process. This Goal-Setting Form is for you to set personal goals and to begin or continue to work towards your goals. We are looking forward to learning more about your collegiate soccer goals. This form is specifically meant to record your college soccer goals, although please feel free to use this process for all of your personal goals!

This form will be sent back to MVLA's College Program Director. Be sure to keep it for your own record, too. We will streamline this information to your coaches, but please be sure to have a conversation with your coach about your goals, too! We will always encourage you to talk to your parents and coaches about your college goals!
