Welcome to Good Local Markets 2017 Season! If you would like to be considered as an Arts and Crafts vendor, we welcome you to complete the following application and send your $30 application fee via Paypal (button below) or by mail. PLEASE READ OUR 2017 RULES AND REGULATIONS BEFORE APPLYING. Please note that Good Local Markets are juried events. Photographs and / or links to websites are required, and in some cases we may ask to see samples of your work. Each application will be considered individually by our jury. You can complete applications online or send by mail to to Good Local Markets, 9543 Losa Dr, Dallas 75218. You may also send applications, photographs, questions, or any additional information to artsandcrafts@goodlocalmarkets.org. Arts and Crafts applications can take 30 days to process. ELECTRICITY
ELECTRICITY: Electrical spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Electricity is limited to those vendors selling FOOD who need temperature control. Electricity is not available for fans, heaters, or other appliances.
APPLICATION FEES: Nonrefundable Application Fee*: $30.00 per season, due with application. Application Fee can be made by check (payable to Good Local Markets) or by paypal (see button below). How will you be paying your application fee? *
VENDOR BOOTH FEES
Vendors must be accepted by letter before making payments for any "Vendor Booth Fees."
Daily Per Market Vendor Booth Fee for Arts and Crafts is $40:
Holiday Markets will be longer hours, and will have a higher vendor fee. The 2016 December Holiday Market times and vendor fees will be announced Fall 2016.
Participation, Agreement, and Vendor Statement
PARTICIPATION AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Good Local Markets reserves the right to disallow participation of any vendor for violation of Good Local Markets’ Rules and Regulations. Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell and agree to indemnify Good Local Markets for any claims arising from the sale of any products, the failure to obtain any necessary licenses or permits or the negligence of any vendor or their employees, representatives or agents.

VENDOR STATEMENT
By submitting this 2017 Vendor Application, I hereby acknowledge that I have read the 2017 Rules and Regulations and agree to abide and be bound by the 2017 Rules and Regulations. I further agree that I have obtained and provided copies of all necessary licenses and permits required to distribute or offer for sale all products listed on this application.

FURTHER, I shall indemnify, keep and hold harmless GOOD LOCAL MARKETS (hereinafter “GLM”), and all agencies and employees from and against any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons or loss of life, damage to property on or off the premises arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by Vendor, and those injuries and damages arising out of Vendors acts or omissions, and shall defend, at Vendor’s own expense, any actions brought against GLM or any other person, employee, agents or organizations with which GLM has a contractual relationship.

Application Completion
GOOD LOCAL MARKETS IS A JURIED MARKET. Pictures of your work/products are required, along with your completed application and nonrefundable application fee. You may send applications and pictures by mail or email and you may include a link to a website. Only complete applications will be reviewed by the GLM Jury to determine market eligibility. In some cases, the jury may request a sample of the actual product.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST: Once you have provided everything on the above checklist, we will contact you to let you know we received your application. APPLYING TO GOOD LOCAL MARKETS AND PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE TO GLM.
