Who Excelerate Is For?

Excelerate is built for mid-level leaders in the social sector who are ready to step into greater responsibility and influence and transition from operational execution to strategic leadership. Participants are nominated by their organizations.

The ideal nominee:

- Brings 6–15 years of experience in the social sector

- Currently operates in a people management or high-impact individual contributor role

- Is recognised as high-potential, with a clear pathway to senior leadership

- Has active managerial sponsorship, including time commitment, capstone engagement, and participation in the final presentation

Excelerate is a high-engagement journey. It delivers the most value when participants can show up with focus, availability, and intent. We encourage nominations of individuals who can commit fully.

Cohort 3 begins June 15, 2026

Nominations are open from May 4 to May 31, 2026. An organisation can nominate participants at ₹45,000 (Inclusive of GST) per seat (subject to availability).

Please complete one form per nominee, and if you would like to nominate two participants, you will need to submit this form twice.

Please note that the cohort size is capped at 50 participants. The Roots team will confirm your nomination by June 15, 2026.
