Call for Performances - North Coast Modular Collective: Confluence
Part of the March Science Fiction exhibit at the Riverside Arts Center (https://www.facebook.com/events/315606385948667/), Confluence brings together practitioners, artists, students, and scholars for engagement at the confluence of science fiction, technology, society, gender issues, and innovation.

Theme: The confluence of science fiction, technology, society, gender issues, and innovation. In other words, what does science fiction have to do with technology, society, gender issues, or innovation?

When: March 15th, 6pm-9:30pm

Where: Riverside Arts Center, Ypsilanti, MI

Agenda: Still being formed, but there will be some local students presenting posters, a few scholars will give short presentations, and there will be a few electronic music and video performances.

We are seeking electronic music and video performances that engage with the theme for the evening (see above). The ideal candidates would speak for about 5 minutes about how their performance and/or methods/process relate to the theme and perform for about 20 minutes. If you use electricity while performing your art or music we'd like to hear from you! Submit your performance proposal, below:

Deadline: February 22nd, 2019
