1. I understand that martial arts training inherently involves numerous risks, including but not limited to physical injury, pain, and the potential need for medical treatment.

2. I further understand that martial arts training may occasionally result in violent physical contact, whether intentional or unintentional, with other students, staff, and training devices.

3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKDLife LLC/Kim’s Martial Arts from any accident or injury to myself or the named minor child(ren) during the performance and execution of training.

4. I understand that no bailment is created by leaving any personal property on the premises of TKDLife LLC/Kim’s Martial Arts. Furthermore, no bailment is created if I or the named minor child(ren) suffer damages, loss, or theft of personal property.

5. TKDLife LLC/Kim’s Martial Arts reserves the right to amend or add to these rules and conditions and to adopt new rules and conditions as it deems necessary, including changes to schedules.

6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKDLife LLC/Kim’s Martial Arts from any accident or injury to myself or the named minor child(ren) during training exercises.

7. We may take pictures of you or your child to post on social media outlets, as well as traditional outlets such as posters and newspapers.

8. Payments are non-refundable, and the classes are only valid during the 2-week course.
