This application serves as a REQUEST to be a vendor at the Manteno Oktoberfest. Completing this application does not secure you as a vendor.  All applications will be reviewed by our committee and if you are selected to participate, you will be contacted  by June 1, 2023. 
Once you are accepted into the festival, you will be  required to pay your vendor fee/ deposit, and submit certificate of insurance (either email or mail)  to secure your spot within 15 days of notification.
