NM Environmental Grassroots Events and Lobby Days Co-Host Form
A large coalition of New Mexico Environmental and Community groups are sponsoring a series of events meant to engage members of the public in passing meaningful legislation to protect our air, land, water, wildlife and communities as well as increase New Mexico's clean energy capacity. We hope your group will co-host some or all of these events. The following is a preliminary calendar of events:

Week of Jan. 7th and 14th - Local, grassroots, environmental lobby trainings in Deming, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Gallup, Santa Fe, Four Corners Area, and Los Alamos or other location you recommend.

Monday, January 28th
Clean Energy Conference

Tuesday, January 29th
Clean Energy Lobby Day

Wednesday, February 13th
Lands, Water and Wildlife Day

Will your group be a co-host for the Clean Energy Conference and Lobby Day? (1/28/19 & 1/29/19) (Conference to take place at Temple Beth Shalom/Lobby Day to take place at the Roundhouse)

Will your group be a co host for Grassroots Lobby Trainings in the following locations (please only co-host in places where you can provide event support or advertise to your members)
We are asking each organization to provide a minimum contribution to our organizing budget of $100. Can your organization provide that support? (If you will co-host both Lobby Days, consider $100 per event.) Make the check out to the Sierra Club with a memo line Lobby Day, send to 2215 Lead Ave. SE, Alb, NM 87106
We are also seeking monetary sponsorships at higher levels of support which will also come with greater recognition and publicity. Would you like to be a sponsor? (If yes, we'll provide you with more info)
Does your organization commit to promoting the grassroots lobby events via your organization through social media, email, your website, etc.?
