These checklists will be reviewed by Flight Paths Managers, and action will be taken based on the answers. But this weekly check-in should also ensure your entire Flight Crew is clear on your animal needs in order to move forward on each of the Care Pathways.
Flight Path Managers will take action on these answers (eg, request a Training Plan if the dog is missing one, request an Enrichment Plan if it's agreed the dog needs one).
At any time, any Coordinator may submit an Action Request form if they have a question or concern, or need an assist moving their dog along their pathway. These requests will go to Flight Path Managers and should be acted upon within 72 hours. If your crew has urgent needs, you may contact the Flight Path Managers directly via their email address:
