Berlindroid's questionnaire for submitting a talk for potential speakers
What was the favourite coding success you experienced this year? Or perhaps the greatest struggle? It might be worh sharing! Hesitate no more and submit a talk to support our Berlindroid's Community.
Berlindroid, the Berlin's Chapter of the Google Developer Groups, the Community passionate for Android development is looking for speakers! We provide extra support and optional 1-on-1 coaching session in public speaking.
We reward speakers with applause, a (typically blurred) photo, and an occasional Tweet!
Flutter talks disclaimer
In Berlin there is a dedicated Flutter Meetup
, feel free to submit the talk proposals to their Meetup Group!
! Support juniors.
Provide the full description of your presentation at least one week before the event. It gives beginners a chance of preparing and getting more out of the topic & takeaways, that you are sharing.
Let's help each other to grow. Use the time during your talks wisely - great presentations have a clear structure, logical path & takeaways for the audience. If possible, provide one sentence explanations of the technologies that you are referring to.
Hint for Abstract
Writing an abstract is hard, a good outline is:
Paragraph 1: What is the problem and why should people care?
Paragraph 2: What is your approach and your result?
Paragraph 3: Conclusions, and why people should listen to you.
