1) For items/events $10 and under, costs can be covered completely by the fund.

2) For items/events over $10, each item/event will be subsidized by up to half of the value of the item/event or $10, whichever is higher.

*For example, as Esperanza tickets are traditionally $20, students could be reimbursed up to $10 for their ticket. However, if Esperanza tickets were $15, the student could still get a reimbursement of $10.*

3) The maximum reimbursement for a single event will be $20. The maximum for Wiess merchandise is $10. This is so that funds are not used on only a small group of people and more individuals have the ability to access the fund.
