2023 Community Wellness Night- Event Volunteer Participation Form
The HMS Wildcat Wellness Team is preparing for our second annual Community Wellness Night on Thursday, February 9th from 5-7pm.  We are looking for volunteers in our community to share health and wellness information (addressing our mind, heart, body, and/or souls). We will have informational booths as well as small breakout sessions our students, staff, and others in our community will be visiting and attending.
  • Booths will be set up for people to present about their organization/program/services/etc. from 5-7pm.
  • Breakout sessions will be offered during the second half of the event (6-7pm).  Each breakout session will last 30 minutes.
NOTE- If you would like to do a booth and a breakout session, you could host your booth from 5-6pm and then lead a breakout session from 6-6:30 and/or 6:30-7pm.

Please complete the form if you are willing/able to volunteer to have a booth and/or present a breakout session.  Our Wildcat Wellness Team will use this information to organize the event.
