November 13 + 14 | Friday 6:30pm thru Saturday 2pm | $50/student
We are excited to offer this short weekend to gather, build relationships, and grow in our relationships with Christ. There will be games, worship, teaching, small groups, and sleeping in tents!
JH & HS will be together during portions of the event (i.e. meals, games, musical worship, & some teaching). We will also have moments during the weekend where JH & HS, as well as boys and girls, will be separated (i.e. teaching & small groups).
Sleep arrangements: Students will be staying in their own separate tents, unless permission to share via a liability form is filled out by all families involved. Families will be asked to provide a tent and extras if possible. Girls and boys will have separate sleep areas on campus.
Meals: We will provide a dessert Friday evening, breakfast and lunch Saturday. We have volunteer who have extensive experience working in the food industry helping us prep and plan our meals.
Precautions: Health check form, temperature checks, mask required (unless eating or inside tent), social distancing, frequent hand washing, and hand sanitizing. Max attendance of 60 students (15 JH boys, 15 JH girls, 15 HS boys, 15 HS girls). Materials (pens, Bibles, paper...etc.) will not be shared between students. Adults will monitor during the night to ensure the safety of the students.
Medical Release Form: A St. John's Medical release form will be sent to you via email once we have you online registration. This form will be due by the day of our event. If you filled one out for Winter Camp this year, we already have one on file.
