General Information
Beaumont is a city! Join the celebration on Friday, June 14th and secure your place at the street market today. The celebration will include live stage entertainment, foam dance party, street entertainers, art installation, beer gardens and much more. We expect an audience of 3,000 to 5,000 people at this once in a lifetime event.

Return the completed application package to events@beaumont.ab.ca. Questions can be directed to the Community Events Office at 780-929-2848. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee attendance. Applications must be submitted by May 13, 2019, at 1 pm. We will notify successful applicants by May 14, 2019, and payment is due by May 17, 2019.
Event Hours of Operation
Friday, June 14th, 2019: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Hours for Set Up & Take Down
-Set-up: Space will be open and available for set-up any time before 4:30 PM. Please note that 50 street will be closed to general vehicle traffic from 12:00 PM onwards on June 14th. You will be able to have vehicle access to the market stall area from 2-4:30 PM. Vendors must be ready for customers no later than 5:30 PM.

-Tear-down: Not before 11:00 PM that same day. Early tear-downs will not be permitted.

-Each vendor will have a 10x10 space.

Application Process
1. Complete form below.

2. All applicants will receive notice of decision on or before May 14, 2019.

3. Payment of vendor market fee of $75 for successful applicants will be due on or before May 17, 2019, by cheque. Any payments not received by this date will result in forfeit of contract and a replacement vendor will be contacted.

4. Cancellation of event participation will result in forfeit of payment.
