Winter Solstice Bazaar 2018 Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in vending at our Winter Solstice Bazaar to support the magic and abundance of Winter WitchCamp 2019. We are looking for local artists, artisans and creators to come and vend their wares at our Third Annual Winter Solstice Bazaar. Your participation and generosity are much appreciated.

This year the Bazaar will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1st 12pm-5pm at Walker Church - 3104 16th Ave. S Minneapolis. Set up for vendors will begin at 11:15 am. We will be in the sanctuary, which is at street level and accessible.

We are asking all vendors to contribute either a flat table fee of $50 or a percentage of their sales (suggested minimum 13%). If you feel called, please also consider donating an item to be sold at our Winter WitchCamp table where 100% of the sales go to WWC.

Please note that many in our community are scent and chemical sensitive, we ask that any vendors with fragranced products to please keep all testers closed as much as possible, and to not use diffusers, etc. If you have questions regarding scents and fragrances, please feel free to reach out - wwcregister@gmail.com.

Keeping in mind that this is also a fundraiser for Winter WitchCamp, please let us know your preference for paying for table space. If neither option feels workable, please email us to discuss other options.
Space/Accessibility Needs
While we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all requests, please let us know if you have any special needs for your table, such as access to electricity, more than one chair, or would like to share a table with a specific vendor, etc. Please also let us know if you plan to bring a coat rack or other small display furniture so that we can arrange space accordingly.
