Area 5 Virtual Homeless Liaison Training
Area 5 is hosting a new liaison training that will explain the job duties of being the liaison and how to follow McKinney-Vento Law. This training is REQUIRED for all new liaisons and would be a great refresher for all liaisons or any school staff. A McKinney Vento Handbook is required to attend this training and will be mailed or delivered to all new liaisons prior to the training. This training will be held online on September 16th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. This event is FREE to attend. Each participant will receive 2.5 PD hours upon completion of the training. A Google Meet link will be sent out prior to the training.
