Cancellations can be done at any time, however, if it has been more than 24 hours since your last payment, you will not be refunded. If you have paid within the last 24 hours, your payment will be refunded to to the card on file within 7-10 business days.
Upon cancellation, your loved one's text service will be terminated at the end of the billing term.
