DACA Renewal Workshops at EBSC (Santuario)
The first 30-45 minutes of the presentation will be an info session on what is happening to DACA, the logistics of the program's termination, important dates, what to do moving forward, working without an EAD, etc., and a Q&A. All are welcome to stay, listen, and ask questions.
Afterwards, we will be helping all those who are eligible to renew, to fill out their forms and put their application together.

Please bring the following if you want to renew your DACA at our workshop:

1. Your work permit (or approval notice for Form I-765 if you have lost the work permit)
2. Social Security Number
3. Your most recent passport (even it has been expired)
4. Your annual income information if you are currently employed
5. 2 passport size photos (or you can take them in our office for $5)
6. $495 Application Fee (money order or personal check) OR we can also cover your DACA renewal application fee thanks to a generous scholarship from Mission Asset Fund in San Francisco. This scholarship is only for applicants whose DACA is expiring between Sep 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018. If you request for this scholarship, it may take an extra 3-5 days to send your renewal application. If you want us to send your renewal application to USCIS ASAP, please bring a money order or personal check for $495.
7. It is extremely important that you bring a copy of previous DACA application forms (I-821D and I-765) unless you applied for it through our office before.
8. Advance Parole Document (if applicable)
