Regional and Provincial Sanctions are available. NOTE: there is a cost of $75 per sanction. Late fees apply if invoiced sanction fees are not paid prior to the start of the event.
Provincial medals for BCST/BCLT
If you are hosting the BCST or BCLT, please indicate the number of medals you will need for the competition. Example: Gold medals= 10, Silver medals= 10, etc. NOTE: provincial medals are at the cost of the host club ($8/each, including shipping).

Will your meet be using the Horn Start system? *
All events with assigned officials must use the horn start system. NOTE: there is a fee for the use of the horn start system depending upon the length of the meet: $25 for meets up to 3 hours in length, $50 for a one day event, $75 for a two day event.
Agreement
It is hereby agreed the organizers of this event will adhere and conform to the standards of the quality and design established by SSC with respect to the skating track, officiating, safety features and any other aspect involved in organizing, producing and advertising the event. It is further agreed this competition will be conducted in the manner prescribed by the current rules and regulations as defined by SSC.
