Welcome to registration! A few things to know before
you sign your child(ren) up. 
1. All our staff that will be serving your children
have passed background checks. Your child’s safety and security are our number
one priority. 
2. You can either drop your children off at 3:30 or
request through the school for the bus to drop them off at Westview Baptist
Church. Several Church members will be waiting to get them at the bus stop and
will walk them to the Church.
3. They will be fed dinner between 5:15 and 5:30.
Please feel free to join us for dinner. You are welcome to stay with your child
throughout the evening if you like.
4. Pickup is at 7:00, all children must be picked up
by an adult who is on their authorized persons list. Please keep this list
updated should your child’s situation change. We will not allow any child to
leave with someone not on their pickup list and everyone will be required to
show picture ID. Your child’s pickup list can only be changed by his/her
parent/guardian and must be done in person either during drop off or during
pickup. Again, safety is our number one priority. Should any legal orders
prevent a parent from picking up a child during this semester contact Pastor
Jimmie immediately at 931-284-1554 to make arrangements to make those changes.
A filed court order must accompany these changes.
5. Please fill out a separate form for each child. If
you are registering with a sibling group please note the sibling’s name on the
registration form.
6. If your child needs extra accommodation for
learning we are happy to do so. Please make sure to note any special needs on
your child’s registration form. 
7. Please note that you will be required to show your
ID when picking up your child to ensure the safety of all the students.
