Purpose:
The purpose of this survey is to understand the impacts of COVID-19 on people's experiences.
 
Procedures:
You will answer short questions about your experience resulting from the upheaval caused by COVID-19.
 
Participation:
Your participation is voluntary; You may decline to answer any or all questions and may decline further participation, at any time, without adverse consequences.
 
Use of data by study researchers:
The research team led by Rebecca Saxe at MIT will have access to your answers.
 
Publication of results:
The results of the research may be presented at scientific meetings or published in scientific journals. Raw data may be published, but that data will not be able to be used to identify you.
