RSVP for allcove™ San Mateo RFP Proposers Conference lead by Peninsula Health Care District
Please complete the following form to RSVP for the Proposers Conference for allcove™ San Mateo, lead by Peninsula Health Care District.

Please note that any agency or individual applying for the RFP MUST attend this event as part of the application requirements. The meeting will be hybrid, you can attend in-person or remotely via Zoom.

Important Details:

- The Proposers Conference will take place on Thursday August 11th, 2022 from 9:30am to 12:30pm (PST)

- Location: Burlingame Community Center (Maple Meeting Room); 850 Burlingame Avenue, Burlingame, CA 94010

- Virtual Remote Access: The meeting will be available via Zoom (Link will be shared upon submission of RSVP).

- For those attending in person, there is parking available around the building and a light breakfast will be provided. All COVID-19 social distancing measures will be applied and attendees will have the option to wear a mask during the event.
