Rent-a-Rack Rental & Consignment Details
Duration of rental/consignment is 2 weeks (10 business days) starting on a Tuesday at noon and ending on Saturday at 4pm. If you hang your items up late, we cannot extend your rental period to make up for lost days. 

> Once we receive this form we will contact you via phone and/or email to finalize your rental dates 

> Rental dates will be assigned on a first come first serve basis

> Changes or cancellations to your rental period can be made up to two weeks prior to the start of your assigned rental period.  

> Rack rental is $50 for 2 weeks + 15% commission / item to cover the cost of hang tags, packaging and processing fees

> A non-refundable $25 deposit will be required to secure your rental - due when we confirm your dates. The remaining $25 will be due the week before your rental period starts. 

> We will send your payment via Paypal, Venmo or check the week after your rental period (rentals end Saturdays at 4pm, we are closed Sunday and Monday so you would receive payment by the following Saturday)

> You may include up to 50 pieces of clothing and 5 accessories including shoes, bags, hats, scarves

> Items must be wrinkle & stain free  

> For the most success, bring in quality items that are in season

> You are welcome to put your items on sale after the first week of your rental period. 

> You may remove or add items during your rental period as long as you do not exceed the item limit

> Mosaic is not held responsible for the loss or damage of any items

> We will provide hangers

> We will provide hang tags & fasteners, unless you have your own you'd prefer to use 

> ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A HANGTAG AND MUST INCLUDE A PRICE, SIZE, AND YOUR INITIALS OR LOGO ON THE TAG. You may include additional details about the item such as (date, style, etc. - a good description can help sell your pieces!)

> If you would like to use our hangtags you may pick them up from Mosaic during open hours 1-2 weeks prior to your rental start date

> When you bring your items in, you may use our tagging gun to attach your hangtags

> You may bring in your items, hang, tag, and display them starting the first day of your rental (Tuesday noon - 5pm). If you are not able to come in during regular business hours to set up your items, please let us know.

> Any items that have not sold by the end of your rental period must be picked up the following week or you can choose to donate the items to our Re-Love Rack (we donate a portion of proceeds back to a local charity)

> Any items that are not picked up one week after the end of your rental period will be added to the Re-Love Rack or donated

> We will do a highlight feature on new Rent-a-Rack items on our Instagram & Facebook

> We also provide signage (optional) on the rack with your business or organization information

> Help spread the word! Take a picture of your rack and share with your friends on social media
