Specifically, we are looking primarily for furnished housing, with a queen size bed or larger for Brian and I (we're large!), a place for my 19 year old son to sleep, and a place that allows us to bring our calm dog and indoor/outdoor cat. If long-term (i.e. a year), our insurance company should be able to cover costs.
