Please complete this application to apply for a Smart Energy Scholarship. Eligible students may be contacted for an in-person interview to complete the application process.

In order to be eligible for the program, you must:

1) Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
2) Demonstrate financial need on your FAFSA and have unmet financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office
3) Be enrolled full-time at Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, or Queensborough Community College
4) Pursue a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
5) Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA
