ACE Disciplinary Committee Incident Reporting Form
The purpose of this form is to submit a report detailing the actions of an ACE member who is accused of breaking the club's Code of Conduct. Upon receiving a complaint, the Vice President convenes the Disciplinary Committee. After deliberating, the Disciplinary Committee issues a recommendation to the Vice President. In the cases of recommended suspension, or anything more severe, the entire Executive Committee weighs in and then votes to approve or deny the Disciplinary Committee's conclusion.

Note: The Club's Disciplinary Committee is not a legal investigative body. It is a diverse committee made up of dedicated volunteers who have the goal of resolving issues while protecting both members and the club. Recommendations or conclusions made by the Disciplinary Committee are not binding and only concern a member's standing within ACE itself. As such, if your compliant is of a criminal nature, please exit this form and make a report to the correct associated governing body. The ACE Disciplinary Committee does not have the jurisdiction or ability to resolve issues pertaining to the law.
Furthermore, the Disciplinary Committee does not exist to facilitate interpersonal conflict resolution between members and can only decide matters as they relate to the club and Code of Conduct specifically.
