Rules & Conditions
1. Return items must be in the same condition you received:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags still on garments (if applicable)
• Free from foreign smells (ie: tobacco, pet, perfumes)
• Free from pet hair/dander, etc
• Folded nicely (not rolled or crumpled)

2. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of purchase date.

3. We do not issue return labels.

4. For assurance of delivery, it is best to provide us with tracking number once you ship your return.

5. You will need to place a NEW order online for the correct style/size you would prefer.

6. Free products (ie: products won in contests or giveaways) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If you do return a free item, the warehouse will keep your item and no refund or exchange will be provided.

7. If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please do not attempt to make a return or exchange. Instead, you may follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. Bethenny's Cause is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
