As part of the closing weekend of the exhibition Cian Dayrit: Liberties Were Taken at the Blaffer Art Museum. The exhibition maps land dispossession, displacement, and harm to the land and body as part of colonial and neoliberal projects in the Philippines. The community is invited those who recognize the shared struggles and practices of resistance in the continuance of U.S. militarization and imperialism and their global connections.
For the Closing Program we are inviting folks for a Community Potluck starting at 12:00PM, please list your dish or offerings here!
Following the potluck, we will move towards Coordinates of Belonging: Gratitude and Learnings Circle convened by Lualo at 2:00 pm in FA 110. Please join us in a story circle to recap the joys and meaningful conversations we've had throughout the summer.
*PLEASE RSVP to receive prompting and updates closer to the event date*
