IHR@Sheffield PhD/ECR event (February 13)
This form is for expressions of interest in attending a PhD/ECR workshop focusing on funding and fellowship opportunities and tips on how to collaborate, co-author and co-produce research as historians. The workshop will by hosted by the Institute for Historical Research and the University of Sheffield's Centre for Modern and Contemporary History (CoMo) on 13 February 2019, from 12pm to 5pm, followed by an academic roundtable on the theme 'Establishing Peace' with leading scholars working on the aftermath of war in a range of contexts. The event will conclude with a drinks reception. The event is free for accepted applicants, and travel subsidies are available to support PhD candidates and ECRs based in the north of England and the midlands, generously provided by the IHR and, for students at Sheffield, Leeds or York, the White Rose College of the Arts and Humanities (WROCAH).
