Fabric Theory Brain Teaser

Forget everything you know, this workshop is about discovery! In this unconventional classroom full of aerial puzzles and riddles, there are no wrong answers. This workshop will guide the student to think out of the box and solve fabric theory mysteries. Aerial theory is the key to unlocking new pathways into old skills. This workshop is perfect for those looking to satisfy a creative itch, for those who want to learn more about creativity, and for those looking to dig deeper into their understanding of aerial arts. There's something for everybody in this workshop. Open to all levels. Students should arrive to class with any three skills they are confident in performing, the simpler the better!

Prerequisites: Level 1 and Up

Victoria is an East Coast gal who got lost in the Prairies. She teaches aerial silks in Regina, Saskatchewan, and she is drawn to any and all skills where the fabrics flutter and dance with her movements. Victoria's teaching style focuses on exercising both the body and mind so that her students can all soar to great heights.

*preferred payment method is by e-transfer but cash is also accepted in class

Due to the small size of the class there are no refunds due to cancellations unless I can fill your spot.

If a minimum number of students do not sign up, this class will have to be cancelled and you will receive a full refund for the remaining classes.

Please come on time or up to 10 minutes early

What to Wear:
* Leggings with no zippers and a top that can be tucked in. Please wear a shirt that covers your armpits and leggings or tights that cover the back of your knees to prevent fabric burns

* You will be going upside down and jumping/ running around to warm up.  We suggest wearing stretchy workout wear and a supportive sports bra.

* All jewelry must be removed before you begin for your protection and the protection of the silks.

* Socks can be worn during the warm-up, but they will need to be removed in order to work on the equipment.
