In-Person Breastfeeding Support Group Sign-Up  

Why: It takes a village to breastfeed your baby! When you are pregnant, breastfeeding, mix feeding, pumping or providing human milk to a child, you need that village. Come to share your experiences and learn from others.

Who: Gardner WIC participants. We also welcome partners and support people.

Date & Time: Wednesday February 26th: 12:30 p.m. -1:30 p.m.

Location: 160 E Virginia Street, STE 210, San Jose

Family Resource Center will give 1 month supply of diapers and wipes to families with infants 0-5.

What to expect from a Breastfeeding Support Group?

A Breastfeeding Support Group is all about parent-to-parent support, sharing experiences, offering and receiving encouragement and getting support.

You may hear a range of ideas and experiences on breastfeeding and parenting. However, there is no right way to breastfeed or parent your child – we believe that you are the expert of your own child. Please take what works for you and your family, and leave the rest!
