Doula of Color Training Questionnaire
Doula of Color Virtual Training with Birthworkers of Color Collective, facilitated by Stevie Merino of Sol and Roots. This is a 6 month training with 4 full day live virtual mandatory training days (via zoom) the last 4 Saturdays in October 2023, additional self paced learning (via google classroom), and optional live virtual meetings last Saturdays of the month from November 2023-Feburary 2024. The training is three parts: 

1. Our live virtual 4 day intensive (via zoom) Saturdays in October 2023 (full days: 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28.) 

2. Additional self paced online learning(via google classroom)

3. & Optional live virtual meetings, last Saturdays of the month from November 2023-Feburary 2024 (2.5 hours: 11/25, 12/30, 1/27, 2/24) 

Open to new & experienced people alike. Participants can be located anywhere in the world.

The training is facilitated by Stevie of Sol and Roots, LLC with collective members and guest presenters to be announced. 30 spaces available. For additional info email us at pocdoulatraining@gmail.com. 

The fees for this training are: 

Early bird pricing by July 1st: $2000

Regular Registration $2400 July 2nd-October 1st. 

Payment plans: 4 payments schedule completed before start of training.

We will also be having knowledge sharing on abortion, we want to make sure that everyone who registers is aware of this. We are full spectrum doulas and hold space for those seeking abortion companionship as well birth. We are unapologetic on this position and wanted to make sure this was clear before registering. *
This training is open to all genders, sexualities, and is inclusive of Queer/Trans People of Color. *
The early registration fee for this training is $2000 (till July 1st). After July 1st the fee is $2400. We encourage fundraising & reaching out to your community for support. Will you be able to pay the registration fee before the training (October 1st)? We have payment plans options available and community investment/fundraising ideas if you are interested in exploring options.
