HOPE Training Academy -Grant Application for Free or Reduced Training

Thank you for your interest in participating in the HOPE Training Academy. We are offering grant-funded opportunities for individuals in need of financial assistance to attend our training programs. The purpose of this application is to determine your eligibility for receiving either full grant funding for the training or reduced fees based on your financial and employment situation.

Eigibility Criteria:

To qualify for full grant funding, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Age: Must be 18 years or older.

  2. Employment Status:

    • Full-Time Employment: If you are employed full-time (40+ hours/week), you do not qualify for free training. However, reduced training fees may be available.

    • Part-Time Employment: You may qualify for full grant funding depending on your financial situation.

    • Unemployed: You may qualify for full grant funding if you are actively seeking employment or unable to work due to financial hardship.

  3. Financial Need: You must demonstrate a significant financial need to participate in the training.

  4. Training Availability: Must commit to attending all scheduled training sessions.

  5. Commitment to Volunteer Hours: If you qualify for free training, you may be required to complete volunteer hours with our organization in exchange for the training cost. These hours will be determined based on your financial situation.

Evaluating Criteria for Grant Eligibility:

To evaluate your eligibility for free or reduced training, we will consider:

  • Employment Status: Full-time employees will not be considered for free training, but may qualify for reduced rates.

  • Financial Need: Individuals who are unemployed or part-time employees with demonstrated financial hardship will be prioritized for full grant funding.
