If you are an author or you offer author services (i.e., editing, proofing, cover design) please fill out the form completely.  Submissions will be published first come, first served.  If your information does not make it in the next magazine due to space limitations, it will be published in the following issue.  Your eMail address will never be shared but is required in case I need to contact you regarding your submission.  By submitting your information you agree to be added to the magazine's subscription list.  You can unsubscribe at any time simply by selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.

You can create your own pages and email them in for submission.  Page limit is 4 pages.  Page size must be 8.5 x 11.  Continue to next page to provide Social Media links.  Send completed, print-ready pages to magazine@melaniepsmith.com
