Onboarding process
  As openings become available, we conduct interviews for a select number of agent opportunities each month.  

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
  •   If your application is chosen to proceed in the onboarding process, we will reach out to you within one week to schedule an interview.

We require a virtual google meet for all interviews.

  Our business operates primarily in a virtual environment, which is why we believe it's essential to meet our prospective agents face-to-face via Google Meet before offering a contract. Just as you would dress professionally for an in-person interview, this virtual meeting serves as the next best thing. We take great pride in our independent agent program and believe that establishing a personal connection right from the start is crucial.  

CONTRACT OFFERS/SIGNING: Contract offers are issued, and you will have 72 hours from the time of receipt to finalize the contract and submit the administrative fees.

ONBOARDING:Agents who have signed their contract and paid their administrative fees will be onboarded monthly.
