Forsyth Community Gardening ~ Time and Talents Survey
Nota: Si Ud. prefiere hablar en español sobre las oportunidades para servir como Voluntario/a con el Programa de Huertos Comunitarios en vez de llenar esta encuesta, por favor llame a 336-705-8823 para poner un tiempo a reunirse.

Forsyth Community Gardening (FCG) relies on an incredible network of volunteers to serve 170+ community gardens with leadership development, horticultural education, and supplies. We also share information about FCG and N.C. Cooperative Extension with the public. To continue providing these services as interest in community gardens grows, there is a need for volunteers to assist Extension staff.

Through this survey, we’re seeking volunteers who would like to assist other gardens and/or help with tasks that benefit the entire program. Training, instructions, and supplies will be provided. Please consider volunteering, even if you can only help occasionally and need flexible scheduling. Assistance can be provided by phone and email to new community gardens, and many tasks can be completed at a time of your choosing.

If you are interested, you may complete this survey online ( or on paper and return to Megan at N.C. Cooperative Extension (1450 Fairchild Rd, Winston-Salem NC 27105). Please contact Megan ( with questions or ideas. THANK YOU!!!
