BY FOSTERING A DOG(S) FOR OSCARS ARC, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. You will provide adequate food shelter and water.
2. The dog(s) will reside in your custody at the address listed below.
3. If the dog becomes sick, you agree to contact Oscars Arc immediately. DO NOT take the dog to a vet without first consulting with Oscars Arc as you will otherwise be responsible for the private vet account.
4. By fostering this dog(s), I (we) agree to taking on the responsibility and will use my (our) full capacity to ensure that this dog is looked after and cared for in a responsible and appropriate manner.
5. By fostering this dog(s), I (we) understand that that the dog remains the sole property of Oscars Arc and understand the dog will be actively promoted for adoption, or might be adopted without my prior knowledge.
6. By fostering this dog(s), I (we) understand that you have no legal right or ownership over the dog(s) and that Oscars Arc has the right to take the dog(s) back into our care without prior notice and at any time needed for whatever reason whatsoever.
7. Agree to a voluntary foster position of offering a temporary safe space for a dog(s) without seeking reimbursement.
