Staffing a Scorpion Seal Assembly is a great act of generosity to the sangha, and also a great learning opportunity for practice and life. Most SSAs are self-staffed and so all staff will be working and also attending every session of the retreat. As a recognition of the work required to do this Dechen Chöling is able to offer a 100% discount for the Coordinator, Garsung and Head Chöpön roles, and a 40% discount for other leading staff roles. All staff must arrive two days in advance to help prepare the Assembly. Assistant roles are given as Rota Assignments and are not eligible for the discount.
