Your answers to this survey will contribute to an analysis of the state of sex education available to young people in New Jersey. Responses will be compiled into a statewide report to help teachers, school administrators, elected officials, and community partners determine areas where additional support and investment could be helpful.

The public report will not include your contact information or specific school information. Instead, the report will include trends and recommendations on potential areas for additional investment based upon the overall responses to this survey.

While we hope you will complete the full survey, we expect you will skip questions that don't apply to your school or where you don't have the information requested at this time.
