Dues Information *
Your dues are based on the group you are in.  Dues for the Scholastic A guard (advanced guard) are $750.00.  Dues for the Scholastic AA guard (intermediate guard) are $500.00.  Dues for the Scholastic Regional A guard (middle school guard) are $350.00.  You will pay half the fees by December 6, 2019.  The other half will be due by January 17, 2020.  You should wait to find out which guard you audition into before paying your dues.

How are you making your first payment? *
Make checks to Hudsonville Band Boosters.  Mail them to the Band Boosters at PO Box 212, Hudsonville, MI 49426.  You can only use your band account if you have enough money in the account. Payment amount is half of your dues for the season based on the guard you are in.  Please make the first payment by December 6, 2019.  The second payment is due January 17, 2020.

Please list the dates your student will be missing rehearsal or performances. *
Students are expected to attend rehearsal.  Please put the rehearsal dates and times on your calendar :) Filling out this form does not automatically excuse students from rehearsal.  It is a communication tool, meant to open up a dialogue about the need to miss rehearsal.  Please communicate all rehearsal absences with the color guard staff.  If your student will not be missing any dates, please type none.
Who will be working at the Hudsonville Invitational on the weekend of February 21 and 22, 2020? *
Any family who has a student participating in winter percussion or winter color guard is expected to provide one worker (18 or older) for our invitational on the weekend of  February 21 and 22 2020.  Workers will be assigned 2-4 hour shifts (this is my best guess right now) and will be able to see our winter guard and drum line perform.  We will try to assign drum line parents to the guard show and guard parents to the drum line show. Families who do not provide at least one worker will pay an additional $100 for the winter drum line/winter color guard season.  The worker listed here must be out of high school and over 18 years old.  Siblings and younger people are invited and encouraged to help us, but please list an adult here.

Would you like to purchase guard warm ups this season?
All new guard members can purchase guard warm ups.  These are highly recommended, but optional.  They are required for students who march in the fall, but optional for the winter.  Bags are available as well..  The warm ups protect our uniforms and keep the students warm in the winter weather.  The jackets are $55.00.  The pants are $25.00.  The optional bag $30.00.  Make checks to Hudsonville Band Boosters.  Please mail them to the band boosters at PO Box 212, Hudsonville MI 49426
