It takes a village to support our Mercy students, and we want your help! Please note the areas you are interested in and the Mercy staff member or volunteer assisting with these will contact you closer to the time of need.

This form is for parents, grandparents, alumnae, and the adults supporting our Mercy community. Students will have ample opportunites to volunteer as well, but will sign up on different documents.

Event: Father Daughter Dance

Friday, November 14 7:30pm-10:30pm

The dance will be held in Mercy's gym.

I would like to help set up the dance on Friday morning/afternoon.

I would like to help work the dance Friday evening (check-in, refreshments, raffle basket sales)

I would like to donate a raffle basket or gift cards for prizes for the dance.

I will help clean up the dance Friday night.

Placement Test Delivieries

Deliver gifts to 8th grade student's homes after they take the placement test at Mercy on December 14.

Event: Benefit Off Broadway Preparation

October - February

Benefit Off Broadway (BOB) is held Saturday, February 14 at Mercy Academy. Much help is needed to prepare for our largest fundraiser!

My company or I would like to sponsor BOB, please send me information.

I would like to be on the BOB planning committee (Oct - Feb)

I would like to help solicit auction donations (Oct-Jan, from home on your own time)

I would like to help pick up donated items around town (Oct-Jan)

I would like to help create decorations (Oct -Jan)

I would like to help create a raffle basket for BOB (Nov)

I can help 2-3 weeks before BOB to fluff auction baskets and photgraph items for the website.

I can help push Capital Prize tickets during carpool, sporting events, etc.

Event: Benefit Off Broadway

Saturday, February 14

Benefit Off Broadway (BOB) is held Saturday, February 14 at Mercy Academy. We need volunteers for set-up (February 12-13) , the night of BOB (February 14), and for clean-up (February 15).

Event: Mother-Daughter Luncheon

Sunday, March 22

This year's luncheon will be held at Mercy. Help is needed to secure vendors, plan decorations, set up, and work the event.

I would like to help coordinate and find vendors for the vendor market. (Jan-Mar)

I would like to help coordinate hair stylists for the event models (Jan-Mar)

I would like to help plan and create decorations for the event. (Feb-Mar)

I would like to volunteer to work the event (sell raffle chances, check-in, etc - dads encouraged)
