Blue Star Candidate Questionnaire Democratic Municipal Officials
Democratic Municipal Officials want to support Democratic candidates' bid for elected office. Blue Star Candidates identify with the values of the Democratic Party and are seeking municipal office with compelling stories, elections with national importance, or flipping seats or council control from Republican to Democratic. Each Blue Star election is unique and will have various forms of support. In some cities DMO will provide political strategy or resources, and in others, we will draw the attention of allies and the Democratic Party to the race. Identifying and supporting promising Blue Star candidates can make the difference between rising Democrats winning their election, or losing by a few votes.
