Taking a break or needing to change a class?  You must complete this course change/drop request form.  The form must be completed before the end of the month to be processed in time for the new month.  Tuition for all classes is due on the first of the month or as soon as a new class is added.  Any DROP requests submitted after the first of the month will not remove the tuition charge for the month.
