Oakland SOL Space Use Request Questionnaire

Oakland SOL is a Queer and Trans* People of Color (QTPOC)-led housing collective based in East Oakland off of International Blvd. We seek to serve as a community resource for individuals, groups and organizations in the Bay Area by providing an accessible, affordable and safe space where folks can connect with us, build community and support each other. As a QTPOC-led collective, we prioritize events that center the experiences and needs of our diverse communities. If you would like to book our storefront or garden area, please fill out this questionnaire and we will contact you to followup.

Terms & Conditions

Rates:
Community Grassroots small non-profit, or group that is not a non-profit (East Oakland-based)
-Meetings: Free
-Events/ fundraisers: $10-25 suggested donation.

Community Grassroots small non-profit, or group that is not a non-profit (Based Outside of East Oakland)
-Meetings: Free
-Events/ Fundraisers: $25-$50 suggested donation.

Larger Non-profit or other organization/ Or individuals having parties
-Meetings: Free
-Events/ Fundraisers: $50-$75 suggested donation.

Kitchen: If you use our kitchen to cook, please feel free to use our pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Bring your own spices and condiments OR kick back a donation to the house for using spices and condiments from the house.

Clean-up: LEAVE NO TRACE. SOL is a home, so please show your respect for our space by replacing all furnitures back to the way you found them, sweeping and mopping up after yourselves, and turning off lights when you leave.
