Data standards in the Rice Research Community
This survey is proposed by the Rice Data Interoperability Working Group (RDI WG) which aims to work towards bridging the gaps in free data sharing and interoperability of rice research data. It intends to provide a common framework based on community-accepted standards, which ensure data analysis and data integration facilities, in order to provide the analysis functions and other services expected by the researchers. Linking databases, platforms and big data from different stakeholder organizations could be helpful for thousands of rice research organizations across the globe especially in Asia and Africa.
More information about registration and case statement of RDI WG is available at https://rd-alliance.org/group/rice-data-interoperability-wg/case-statement/rice-data-interoperability-rdi-working-group-case.
Feel free to join us to contribute to the working group !
